David's Lim Peng Sheng

I would like to contribute this small part of my blog to davids lim peng sheng.
To tell you th truth ,b4 today i thought his name was spelled as lim pHeng sheng.Before today i never even wanted to know him.Before today, i rather throw a parang at him than work with him.Before today, i criticise you in everyway i can

But today has change,

Now, i look foward to working with you,
Now i look foward to helping you out in camp,
Now i look foward in knowing you more,
Now i will even praise your worst point

However!!! I AM NOT A GAY!!!

I am no GAY,
Its is just rspect that you have gained,
It is not becos you are a great friend
it is not becos you have done something great,
It is not becos you won traplex

BUT

It is becos you have found out the meaning of a leader
A leader is not .......

-The best person
-the most skilled person
-a dictator

However a leader is..........

-The person who can bring the best out of a person
-The person who thinks for the benefit of everyone
-The person who can lift up the spirit of his patrol
-The person who can use his resources to its full potential to benefit all

To be a leader you need RESPECT!!

RESPECT however cannot be gained................

-overnite
-by force
-by friendship
-by money

And the only way to get it is by proving you are worthy of it.

You have proven yourself a great leader however the only thing you lack is your personality which tends to be alittle dictator however i believe that personality of yours have decrease from the size of godzilla into the size of a big banglo...which is still quite big but rather small compared to godzilla.For that I no longer wish to throw a parang at you in camp,and now looking foward to helping you in camps and also make daniels life as the TL miserable and horrible.=p
